**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 58 dated 26.9.2019 under Sections 302, 323, 149, 147 and 148 IPC registered at Police Station GRP Jind.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Manish Bansal, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused Jobin has been granted regular bail by the trial Court vide order dated 16.3.2020 but he was a juvenile and now he has been tried as a major. He further submits that the petitioner has not been named in the FIR. Learned State counsel has pointed out that the allegation against the petitioner is that he is a facilitator and moreover, complainant Shivam is yet to be examined.
