**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner restrict his argument that the petitioner would be satisfied if the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest. Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection to the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned trial Court to make an endeavour to conclude the trial at the earliest.
