**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 180 dated 24.7.2016, registered under Sections 376 IPC, Police Station City Rajpura, District Patiala. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 31.8.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation. He submits that cancellation report has not been filed yet and it is under consideration.
