**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to consider the legal notice (P-10) for regularization of their services as Class IV employees in compliance to regularization policy dated 30.12.1998/25.02.1999, as this Court in Vidya Devi's case, vide order dated 20.02.2002(P-4) directed the respondents to consider the claim of part time policy under the policy (P-2) against which respondents filed SLP which was dismissed vide order dated 22.03.2010 (P-5) and the services of similar situated part time employees have been regularized by the respondents w.e.f their initial date of joining. In the present case, the petitioners were appointed as Class IV Part time employees by respondent No. 3 through employment exchange and they joined their services from 1990 to 2003. But their services have been regularized w.e.f 28.08.2014 in view of policy of 2014 but the services of similar situated employees have been regularized w.e.f due date i.e 27.01.1999/01.02.1999, vide order dated 03.08.2011 (P-8).
