(Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to re-evaluate his OMR sheets on the basis of correct answer of questions and consider him for interview of Assistant District Attorney. Learned counsel for the Commission has produced the result of the petitioner in a sealed cover and further learned counsel for the Commission has produced the cut-off marks for the above post in a sealed cover. As per result, the petitioner has secured less marks and even if 05 objections given by the petitioner to the answer key is taken to be right, then also, the petitioner will secure less marks than the last candidate. In view of the above factual position, the writ petition stands dismissed.

The result has been returned back in original to learned counsel for the Commission in the Court today.
