******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.144 dated 21.06.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 420/465/467/468/471/120-B of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Nakodar Sadar, District Jalandhar.

Heard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Satwinder Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. However, recovery of loan amount has not been effected from him. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has neither opened the account in the name of Mangat Ram son of Malkit Singh nor loan amount of `7,23,000/- has gone to his account. Above facts are subject matter of investigation. Keeping in view the fact that petitioner has joined the investigation and the case is based on documentary evidence for which custodial interrogation of the JITENDER KUMAR 2018.09.27 15:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-28874 of 2018 -2petitioner is not required, instant petition is allowed and order dated 12.07.2018 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.

(iv) that the petitioner will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
