**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 249 dated 17.7.2016 registered at Police Station City Sangrur, District Sangrur under Sections 363, 366-A IPC.

Petitioner is in custody since 20.7.2016. Challan has not been presented yet. The girl went missing on 15.7.2016. She was recovered five days later. She had refused to get her medical done. In her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., she has supported the petitioner. She is stated to be over 161⁄2 years old.
