(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.82 dated 1.3.2022 registered under Sections 452, 380, 323, 506, 427, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station B-Division, District Amritsar. State counsel on instructions from ASI Baljinder Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in the light of previous order dated 28.4.2022 and is not required by the police for further investigation as the recovery has already been effected and even on completion of investigation, the police has presented the challan in the Court concerned.
