Learned State counsel submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that out of total three accused, two were found innocent and final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., against Aslam. Charges have also been framed against accused-Aslam under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
In view of above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous and for want of prosecution as well.
