The writ petition was filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of action of the respondent, not considering his claim for selection against the category of BC-A. The petition was allowed on 10.01.2019 with the direction to the Haryana Staff Selection Commission to recommend the name of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Multi Health Workers (Male) under BC-A category within a period of two weeks. Further, the Director General, Heath Services, Haryana was directed to issue appointment letter in two weeks thereafter. It was further ordered that appointment will be given notionally from the date on which candidates have joined PANKAJ BAWEJA 2019.10.18 16:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Ciourt, Chandigarh

COCP No.1221 of 2019 -2under BC-A category and salary would be paid from actual date of joining.

Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Ms. Isha Kamboj, HCS, Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula annexing recommendation letter dated 06.04.2019, same is taken on record. Copy of reply is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.

As per the reply, needful has been done by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission.

Though the Director General, Health Services, Haryana has not been impleaded as a party in the contempt petition but the respondent is being represented by the Advocate General, Haryana office, the contempt petition is disposed of with the direction to the Director General, Health Services, Haryana to do the needful within four weeks from today.
