Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.317 dated 26.11.2020, registered at Police Station Sadar, Amritsar City, District Amritsar, under Sections 306 and 34 IPC. Vide order dated 06.05.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
