The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.268, dated 03.07.2021, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 354 (deleted later on), 506 IPC, at Police Station Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take up all pleas at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law.
