(ORAL) The petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 121 dated 28.04.2020 , under Sections 377, 315, 354, 342, 323, 506, 34, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Beas, District Amritsar, Rural, Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to order dated 12.06.2020, the petitioners have joined the investigation and have fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel has not controverted the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation. He submits that, per his instructions, custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no more required. 4.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no more required and they have already joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 12.06.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the petitioners' complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
