(Oral) At the very outset, learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Dharmesh Kumar, has informed that in view of the reply filed by Assistant Superintendent of Police, Sri Chamkaur Sahib, District Rupnagar, the cancellation report has been prepared and now the same has been approved by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Rupnagar on 19.10.2016 and would be filed shortly before the appropriate Court. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner intends to withdraw the present petition to enable the petitioner to take all pleas contained in it before the trial Court. Dismissed as withdrawn as such, as prayed for.
