CWP-8466-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition the petitioner was sought to be retired, which action was challenged by filing another petition i.e. CWP-10390-2019 and hence, this writ petition has already been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
