At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner was summoned in a petition filed by the respondent-husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 being HMA-23-2024 for 19.03.2024 before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Malout District Sri Muktsar Sahib. The petitioner has now learnt that on account of her non-appearance, she has been proceeded against ex parte in the said proceedings which are pending for 28.05.2024..

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to first avail remedy against the aforesaid order whereby the petitioner has been proceeded against ex parte.
