Present petition has been filed impugning the judgment dated 09.01.2019 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib vide which the appeal filed by respondent Nos. 2 to 4 was accepted and set aside the well reasoned judgment dated 28.01.2016 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehgarh Sahib vide which respondent Nos. 2 to 4 were convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of one year and to pay fine of Rs. 2000/- each under Section 423 of the Indian Penal Code and convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of one year and to pay fine of Rs. 2000/- each under Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code in Complaint Case No. 39-T of 08.03.2011/2012 titled "Chhinderpal Kaur Vs. Shamsher Kaur and others.". 2.

Revision was filed way back in the year 2019. Till date notice has not been issued as no one has come forth to argue the matter. 3.

It seems that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the present petition and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.
