NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 3.7.2015, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Moga, had directed the petitioner to deposit 25% of the demanded amount within seven days from the date of passing of the order. However, the said amount was deposited on 29.7.2015 and before that learned Additional Sessions Judge had dismissed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

There are serious allegations of theft of electricity. The petitioner was stealing electricity and using for commercial purposes. No ground for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Dismissed.
