**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 19.09.2022 (Annexure P-9), vide which the respondents have withdrawn the earlier order dated 06.09.2021 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the posts in question, the petitioners have applied before the cut off date. Be that as it may, I do not find any force in the contentions raised by the learned counsel for the petitiones. This Court in CWP-5864-2023 titled as Annu vs State of Haryana and others, has already decided the identical issue, as is involved in this petition.
