***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) At this stage, counsel for the respondent has brought to the notice of the court that even though, a time bound direction was given to seek withdrawal of the divorce petition, pending before learned Trial Court, within a period of seven days, as granted by this Court, vide order dated 29.08.2024, but however, learned Trial Court is not passing any appropriate order on the divorce petition.

In view of the submissions made aforesaid, since on the basis of the compromise, the divorce petition is to be withdrawn, learned Trial Court is hereby requested to pass an appropriate order, on an application for withdrawal of the divorce petition.

Keeping in view the aforesaid position, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
