(Oral) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the three accused, namely, Jindu Singh, Virsa Singh and Darshan Singh, who faced the trial, have been acquitted by the Additional Sessions Judge, Mansa vide order dated 07.06.2024, the present petition challenging the order dated 25.02.2019 passed by the trial Court dismissing the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. for summoning of Chhinda Singh as additional accused has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
