The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.69 dated 21.6.2015 registered for the offences under Sections 354 and 506 IPC at Police Station City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that the FIR has been registered on the statement of prosecutrix, who is aged about 20 years and who stated that she is a student of B.Sc. Nursing at B.M.S.M., College, Purana Shalla. On 20.6.2015 at about 11.00 a.m., Parveen Kumar alias Lucky, who was already known to her at that time, met her behind Bus Stand, Gurdaspur and while they were engrossed in their talk and he clicked her photographs on his HARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2015.08.31 17:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Cr. Misc. No.M-27958 of 2015 [2] mobile and told her that if she will tell any body then he will kill her. She got afraid and he removed the Dupatta from her head and made her breast nude. She saved herself by requesting and went to her aunt Kamlesh Kumari.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case and the allegations against the present petitioner, who is named in the FIR and specific acts have been attributed to him, I do not find it a fit case where the present petitioner is entitled to the benefit of anticipatory bail. Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
