The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.44 dated 02.03.2024, under Sections 420, 465, 467 and 471 of IPC, registered at Police Station City Gurugram, District Gurugram. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the Court below, therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty that the petitioner shall surrender within 05 days and in case, he applies for regular bail, the same be decided expeditiously.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within 05 days from today and in case, he applies for regular bail, the same shall be decided on its own merits, expeditiously.

It is made clear that this order/liberty be not construed as any expression of opinion on merits and the bail application be decided on its own merits.
