**** INDERJIT SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner Balwinder Singh has preferred this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondent No.3 not to harass the petitioner and pressurise him to give money to respondent No.4. Learned counsel for the petitioner only prays for the relief that the representation dated 26.07.2016 (Annexure P-3), moved to Inspector General, NRI, Punjab - respondent No.2, by the petitioner be considered and he does not press the other relief asked in this petition. In view of above, respondent No.2 - Inspector General, NRI, Punjab is directed to look into the said representation (Annexure P-3) and pass appropriate order within three months after receiving copy of this order, as per law.
