(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.145 dated 09.06.2017 under Sections 379/448/436/427/511/354-B/323/325/149 IPC (Sections 436 & 325 of IPC added lateron), registered at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.

This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 02.08.2017 :- "Counsel for the petitioners contends that the FIR in question has been registered on 09.06.2017 for an occurrence which took place on 08.06.2017. In fact, the dispute is over a land for which a civil suit had been filed against the complainant party. It is submitted that that the nature of the dispute between the parties is of a civil nature. It is further submitted that no recoveries are to be effected from the petitioners and they are ready to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are not required for investigation any further.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State confirms the aforesaid fact.

Since the petitioner has joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 02.08.2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
