Prayer made in the present petition is for setting aside the medical unfitness certificate dated 08.02.2021 and 05.04.2021, vide which the petitioner was declared medically unfit.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that as a matter of fact the process of recruitment wherein the petitioner had participated itself stands cancelled due to Agniveer scheme, in wake of which learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition any further. 3.
