This petition has been filed under Sections 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the cross case registered as DDR No.45 dated 3.7.2014 under Sections 341,324,506,148 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Bholath, District Kapurthala in FIR No.56 dated 3.7.2014, on the basis of compromise, along with all consequential proceedings arising there from.

In compliance with order dated 29.1.2015, statements of parties were recorded by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kapurthala and it was observed by the Magistrate while sending the report that compromise was reached between the parties without any coercion. 3.

Counsel for the parties have stated at bar that the matter has been compromised.

So, in view of the above circumstances and in view of authority reported as Kulwinder Singh and others Vs. State of Punjab and others 2007 (3) ISHWAR SINGH GARHWAL 2015.03.20 14:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-2796 of 2015 (O&M) RCR (Criminal) 1052, the above said FIR stands quashed. Further proceedings in pursuant to that FIR also stand quashed.
