ARUN MONGA, J.(ORAL) Petitioner herein seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari as well as mandamus for setting aside orders dated 16.02.1999 (Annexure P-5) and 16.01.2020 (Annexure P-11) whereby benefit of increments as well as ACP for the service rendered by him in Military as Combatant Clerk has been declined. In the circumstances, he caused issuance of a legal notice dated 29.01.2020 (Annexure P-12), but the same has not been adverted till date by the respondents. Hence this petition.

3. Mr. Gaurav Jindal, Additional A.G., Haryana, who has joined proceedings, on service of advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of State of Haryana.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to objectively consider the legal notice dated 29.01.2020 (Annexure P-12) and also by keeping in view the contentions stated in the present writ petition by treating it as a supplementary representation and pass a speaking order, in accordance with law. 6.

Let the needful be done within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 7.
