(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the respondents to take action against the accused persons in case FIR No. 106 dated 25.10.2017 under Sections 342, 506, 120-B IPC and Sections 6 & 17 of POCSO Act, registered at Women Police Station, Karnal. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing representation dated 29.11.2017 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated dated 29.11.2017 (Annexure P-2) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

He submits that representation dated 29.11.2017 (Annexure P-2) will be decided within a period of four weeks.

Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide representation dated 29.11.2017 (Annexure P-2), within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
