(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.150 dated 24.06.2019 registered under Section 21(b) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Section 27-A of NDPS Act added later on) at Police Station Sadar Ratia, Distrit Fatehabad.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition, at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
