**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) This is the third application by the petitioner seeking regular bail in FIR No. 143 dated 27.4.2016 registered at Police Station Butana, District Karnal under Sections 406, 420, 498-A, 323, 377, 294, 506, 34 IPC. The first application was withdrawn on 12.7.2016. The second application was also withdrawn after the submissions were complete on 3.8.2016. Two weeks later, the petitioner has approached this Court with this application.

Mr. M.K.Taya, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of the complainant and has filed the power of attorney. The petitioner is in custody since 11.5.2016. Charge has been framed and only one witness has been examined. It is a matrimonial dispute. The petitioner is accused of burning his wife with an electric iron. Crl. Misc. No. M-28878 of 2016 -2petitioner while addressing his wife. There is a recorded conversation. The complainant side has received threatening calls. A complaint in this regard has been given to the police on 24.8.2016. The complainant has not been examined yet.

No case for bail is made out.

Petition is dismissed.
