C.W.P No. 8075-2020 Petitioner is seeking setting aside of suspension order dated 04.04.2018 (P-2).

At the very outset, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has informed the Court that Educational Tribunal, Punjab has started the physical hearing of the cases and the case of the petitioner is now fixed for 16.02.2021.

In view of the above factual position, the present petition stands disposed of by giving liberty to the parties to take all their pleas before the Educational Tribunal, Punjab on the next date of hearing i.e 16.02.2021.
