**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.170 dated 26.10.2016 under Sections 354B, 447, 511, 323 & 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Zira, District Ferozepur.

This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 02.08.2017 :- "This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 170 dated 26.10.2016, registered under Sections 354-B, 447, 511, 323 and 149 of the IPC at Police Station Zira, District Ferozepur.

Counsel for the petitioners contends that on enquiry, the police found that no role could be attributed to Nirbhay Singhpetitioner No. 1 and Nirvail Singh-petitioner No. 3, whereas, no offence under Section 354-B IPC was made out against Sher Singh-petitioner No. 2.

Notice of motion for 17.11.2017.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on interim bail subject to their furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are not required for investigation any further.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State confirms the aforesaid fact.

Since the petitioners have joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 02.08.2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
