(23.04.2024), the following order was passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court:- "It has been brought to the notice of the Court that Mr. Amarjit Markan, Advocate appearing for the petitioner has expired.

Let notice be issued to the petitioner for 10.09.2024." 3.

As per office report, notice issued to the petitioner has been received back unserved with the report that "the petitioner not found, as the village is very large and his house was not traceable." 4.

Keeping in view the above, the present writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
