1. The petitioners have approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered against them vide FIR No. 45 dated 2.5.2019 under Sections 382/34 IPC (Sections 392/395/473/120-B IPC and Section 25 Arms Act were added later on) at Police Station Dhakoli, District SAS Nagar.
2. The FIR was registered at the instance of Jeenu Verma wife of Rakesh Verma wherein it has been alleged that on the date of occurrence when she was present at her home, the door bell rang and when her son opened the door, one person came inside followed by three more persons and who while brandishing weapons took away cash amount of `3.5 lakhs and gold ornaments.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the FIR came to be lodged on account of some misunderstanding which had arisen on account of some dispute regarding monetary transactions between the parties and that the said disputes have now been resolved and that the complainant does not have any objection for grant of bail. Shri Sant Pal Singh Sidhu, Advocate appearing on behalf of the complainant has endorsed the fact that the matter has indeed been compromised amongst the parties and that he does not have any objection for acceptance of the said application.

Although, the learned State counsel has opposed the petition but keeping in view the fact that the matter has been amicably resolved, the application is accepted and it is ordered that the petitioners in the event of their arrest shall be released on bail subject to their furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Arresting/Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
5.
