Notice has been accepted by Mr.Paramjit Jakhar, Advocate, on behalf of respondent No.2. Counsel for the parties inform that it is a case of cross-version and that a similar petition has been disposed of in the main case with a direction to the parties to file an application before the trial Court for compounding. The parties are same in both the cases.

This petition is disposed of in similar terms as CRM-M-27666 of 2015 decided on 19.8.2015.
