Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Sahib Singh, Police Station, Sadar Samana, Patiala, has pointed out that the petitioner was also involved in a case under Excise Act and one another case arising out of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. In the latter case, he was convicted and sentenced.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage. Disposed of as not pressed.
