RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.120 dated 09.11.2017 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Chamkaur Sahib, District Rupnagar.

On instructions from the Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, instant petition is accepted in toto.
