-.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellants has expressed remorse that despite strenuous efforts made to find out particulars of respondent No.4, the appellants are not coming forward to give details of respondent No.4. The appellants are none else but plaintiffs in the suit for possession which was dismissed by the trial Court and upheld by the lower Appellate Court. It appears that the appellants have adapted to the ground reality and are not interested in pursuing the appeal. The appeal is dismissed for default of appearance and non-prosecution.
