The petitioner by way of this Writ Petition has prayed for directing the respondent to regularize him in service and grant him pay and arrears of pay along with other allowances.

2.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has expired while in service and his wife has been given all the due benefits in respect of the deceased-petitioner. Status report in this regard has already been filed in this case.

3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid as well as the status report filed by the respondents wherein it is stated that due relief has been granted to the petitioner's wife, nothing further survives in this Writ Petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.

4.

All the pending applications in this Writ Petition stand disposed of accordingly.
