**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 24.05.2021 sent by the petitioner to respondent No.3.
The aforesaid representation is in the context of inaction on the part of the official respondents in not taking corrective steps to prevent menace of ferocious stray dogs who are roaming in the area. The said dogs used to run behind the commuters and persons and due to that accidents have also taken place. In any case, the administration has to take corrective steps so as to prevent untoward incident in the locality where petitioner resides.

CWP No. 8757 of 2022 -2Precisely for the grievance in question, the petitioner has already made a representation before respondent No.3 on 24.05.2021.
At this stage, without making any observation in respect of locus of the petitioner, it would be just and appropriate to request respondent No.3 to take all corrective steps so as to stop the menace in the locality. Disposed of.
