Mr. Nirmal Singh, Advocate for the complainant. DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) Learned State counsel concedes that in compliance of the order dated 21.11.2023, petitioners have since joined the investigation. However, learned State counsel submits that the petitioners are not identifying three other assailants, who are appearing in the CCTV footage.

The said contention itself cannot be a ground to decline the benefit of granting anticipatory bail.

As such, order dated 29.03.2023 passed by this Court to be read with order dated 21.11.2023, whereby petitioners were earlier granted interim anticipatory bail, is hereby made absolute. However, they shall continue to join investigation, if and so required by the Investigating Officer.

Disposed of.
