Service upon respondent No.6 was dispensed with vide order dated 17.11.2017 **** DEEPAK GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Notice sent to the appellant through SHO has been received back with the report that for serving the notice, the same was handed over to Vijay, MHC of Police Station, but no report has been received. Another notices issued through Sarpanch and ordinary process have not been received back so far.

Learned counsel for the appellant was early duly informed but it was reported that party had already taken brief long back. Ever-since then no-one else is appearing on behalf of the appellant so as to pursue the appeal. No other address of the appellant is available. In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option, but to dispose of the appeal in default for want of prosecution. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in default for want of prosecution.
