This is a petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.608 dated 22.07.2022 under Sections 323, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Station City Yamuna Nagar. 2.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Shimla has submitted that the petitioner in the present case stands convicted vide judgment dated 21.09.2023.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
