(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for directing respondent No.2 to set-aside all the police proceedings pending against the petitioner, as multiple police inquiries cannot be conducted in violation of the Notification No.137223/PA/DGP/Chandigarh dated 01.04.2008 (Annexure P-7) as well as the order dated 12.01.2009 passed by this Court in CRM-M No.18244 of 2008 (Annexure P-8).

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition with better particulars.
