Seeking issuance of direcƟons to respondents to decide the applicaƟon dated 11.08.2025 (Annexure P-1), peƟƟoner has come up before this Court by filing the present peƟƟon under ArƟcle 226 of ConsƟtuƟon of India for grant of concession of parole for 10 weeks under SecƟon 3 of Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act 2022. 2.

Counsel for the peƟƟoner submits that he would be contended and saƟsfied if direcƟons are issued to decide the applicaƟon dated 11.08.2025 within the Ɵme bound manner by respondents No.3 & 4.

NoƟce served upon the official respondent through State counsel. Counsel for the State submits that they be given Ɵme to decide the applicaƟon (Annexure P-1) filed by the peƟƟoner.

Given above, respondent No.3-Superintendent of Jail, Central Jail Ambala, is directed to expedite the applicaƟon (P-1) filed by the peƟƟoner, within a period of two weeks and respondent No.4 shall decide the same within one week from the date of receipt of report from respondent No.3. It is clarified that order passed must be reasoned one and same be also communicated to the peƟƟoner without any delay. 6.

PeƟƟon is disposed of with the aforesaid observaƟons. Pending applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
