**** This is an application for review of order dated 14.02.2019 passed by this court. His grievance is that the petitioner was transferred as a matter of punishment. However, reply was filed by the State. According to which, the petitioner was transferred on the basis of administrative grounds. This statement was taken note of and the petition was disposed of after detailed hearing.

In view of the above, no ground for review of order dated 14.02.2019 is made out. Dismissed.
