The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petitions filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing Annexure P-8 and regularize the services of the petitioners being similarly situated to Sukhdev Kaur, who was also working as a Part Time Sweeper in Govt. Primary School Matti in District Mansa, which was allowed by this Court, against which the SLP was dismissed. The petitioners were also engaged as a Part Time Sweeper.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that most of the petitioners have been regularized.

In view of the aforesaid, these petitions are hereby disposed of, reserving the petitioners with a liberty to revive the same, in case need arises. 4.
A photocopy of this order be placed on the files of connected cases.
