***** SUDHIR MITTAL, J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.87, dated 31.08.2022, registered at Police Station Sekhwan, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur, under Sections 21 & 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 29.03.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and has been cooperating therewith. This is not disputed by the learned counsel for the State.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.03.2023, is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions enshrined under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by him.
