In this petition, petitioner has prayed for transfer of his son who is confined in Maximum Security Jail, Nabha to Central Jail, Ferozepur.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that case of the petitioner shall be considered by the appropriate authority and a speaking order will be passed within on month.
